Goal - to launch the magazine "Arquitetura e Vida"
- Coaching and mentoring the sales team;
- Development of sales strategies (add) for the team;
- Work with marketing;
- Measure results;
- Look at competitors, evaluate, and develop strategies to compete;
- Participation in management meetings;
- Support the launch of the magazine in the Portuguese market, either in the presentation of media agencies, at specialty fairs, or in contact with direct customers.
