International Mobility in CBQF under the academic supervision of Professor Manuela Pintado and the laboratory supervision of Ana Sofia Salsinha. The objective of the research was to investigate the potential modulatory effects of various XOS (xylooligosaccharide) sources on the composition of human gut microbiota in both healthy and obese individuals.
