Under the scope of the European project Spaat4Food – “Strategic platform for ameliorating Tunisian higher education on food sciences and technology” - 2018 to 2020. This project includes the following partners: Escola Superior de Biotecnologia UCP - Portugal, University Lucian Blaga Sibiu - Romania, University of Teramo - Italy and 4 Tunisian Universities.
