This is a consultancy in the domain of access to justice and human rights to appraise the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for higher efficiency of Angola’s Ombudsperson's Office’s case handling system and capacity building. The aim is to contribute to the strengthening of the Ombudsperson's ability to respond to citizens’ petitions and complaints on justice in public administration, fundamental rights, freedoms and guarantees, particularly of the marginalized.
