The overall objectives of the mobility are framed into the research line of digital technologies such as extended reality in communication and media, into the overall domain “Audiovisual Communication and Advertising”Among the overall objectives of the mobility programme at the Research Centre for Science and Technology of the Arts (School of Arts, UCP) we highlight the following.
Strengthen research lines in extended reality technologies as a communication medium in both institutions (URJC-UCP).
Explore the possibilities of extended reality technologies and other media such as 360 video in the context of communication and content development.
Explore the possibilities of developing new research lines between both institutions, research lines which are framed in the media and audiovisual content creation with virtual reality technologies and another such as 360 videos.
Explore the possibilities of new media such as extended reality for teaching and conceptualising ideas for teaching.
Continue to raise awareness of the value of new digital media such as extended reality or 360 video as tools for the development of educational content in higher education.
