The first session of CECC’s Post Doc Lounge aimed to tackle possible challenges and opportunities of early career researchers in the first ten years after concluding the PhD. The event provided the opportunity to share experiences and insights into questions related to postdoctoral career development and explicitly invited all researchers who concluded their PhD within the last ten years to join the discussion.
