CECC researcher Patrícia Anzini hosted the third post-doc lounge, in a session dedicated to the topic "On Feedback(ing): How to give, receive and integrate feedback". The aim of the discussion was to provide CECC’s post-doctoral community with an opportunity to learn and practice feedback as an academic tool and a crucial interpersonal skill.
