In the current social context it is increasingly imperative that companies and their leaders take an active and agile approach to addressing emerging issues that affect not only the organization, but also the wider community. This collective approach has become an intrinsic cultural characteristic in many organizations, resulting in mutual benefits for all parties involved. Among the skills considered essential in this scenario are humility, emotional intelligence, listening and observation skills, selfless service and the willingness to promote collective well-being.To address these questions, we set two main objectives. The first is to identify what characteristics and values characterize organizational leaders, while the second aims to understand how the Christian-based values of leaders and organizations are represented in the community in which they operate. The methodology chosen to achieve these objectives is meta-analysis, which will
be conducted based on selected literature and filtered by keywords such as leadership, spirituality, values, organization, community, belonging and common good.
In relation to the results, we identified relevant variations in leadership practices, models and techniques adopted by different leaders, as well as the priorities and emphases they place in their respective contexts. There were also differences in time perspectives, both present and future, adopted by each leader, although these differences may not be as pronounced when it comes to Christian-based values.
The study reveals variations in leadership approaches and temporal perspectives among leaders, as well as their involvement and participation in the community where the organizations are located. However, the divergences are less pronounced with regard to the Christian-based values pointed out to the leader.
