Description
UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have imprinted an indelible mark on countries at international level and on their respective legal systems, while at a regional level, the European Union has long been taking the path of binding member states to the implementation of sustainability, not only by associating itself with the SDGs, but also with the multidisciplinary dimension of the concept. National legal systems thus have the constant challenge of accommodating the multiple normative inputs in their respective legal systems.
