Strategic objectives

Teaching - Preparing the professional future for a successful career in any part of the world The Health sector today requires an improvement in the service provided, which is going through a period of transformation. The focus shifts from the "treatment of the disease" to a vision of "health prevention and promotion". This new approach aims to improve performance and results, promoting the health of citizens, avoiding the consequences of disease and reducing the costs associated with treatments with low or no success. This new paradigm gave rise to Precision Medicine for which we are training professionals at FMD-Católica.

Research - Doing science with and for society Actively involve FMD-Católica students in creating more and better healthcare solutions at the individual and community scale.

Knowledge Transfer - Solutions for Participatory and Preventive Oral Health Bidirectional communication between FMD-Católica and the business/industrial environment provides students with the appropriate ecosystem for their participation in the development of solutions for application in the local or global community, with the ultimate objective of improving Health and, consequently, the quality of the individual's life.
