Biography
Agata Wiórko da Câmara is a postdoctoral researcher of the Integral Human Development program at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and holds a PhD in Culture Studies from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, with a thesis (2021): "Experiencing European Streets: Tactics for a local narrative". She holds a master's degree in Art Criticism from the Academy of Fine Arts Gdansk (Poland) and Culture Studies from the University of Gdansk (Poland). She was a FCT (PhD) and IAPMEI (StartUp Voucher program) fellow. Her PhD research focused on locality, nomadism and communication from the perspective of the city as a cultural device, as well as artistic placemaking and cultural strategies for urban creativity. The post-doc project will continue in this direction, this time with a focus on mental health and neurodiversity.
