Biography

Alexandra Manuela Paiva Carneiro is an Invited Assistant Professor in Psychology and Integrated Researcher in the Research Center for Human Development. Currently is also coordinated of the Degree in Psychology. Holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from University of Minho, with the work entitled  Emotional and Behavioral Problems in Preschoolers: Risk Factors and Assessment Issues.

In the last years developed research in the areas of psychopathological assessment, psychopathology and attachment in preschool age, routime outcome monitoring, young people social involvement, women civic and political participation, pro-environmental attittudes and behaviors.
