Biography

Have 7 years of experience in R&D activities, especially in food innovation area, more preciselly, functional food ingredients like conjugated fatty acids. More recently I have colaborated with projects dedicated to the valorization of industrial residues for cosmetics, nutraceuticals and food industries, among others. My technical background includes gas chromatography, liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry for the analysis of lipids, and microbiology.
