Biography
Focus on care, training professionals, and building an ethical practice in healthcare. Nurse since 2015 at the Serviço de Cirurgia Cardiotorácica of Hospital de Santa Cruz of Unidade Local de Saúde Lisboa Ocidental, and Invited Assistant at the Escola de Enfermagem and Faculdade de Medicina of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Specialist in Critical Care, Master in Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, and researcher in the 'Ethics4Care' project at the Centro de Investigação Interdisciplinar em Saúde (CIIS). I continuously strive to improve healthcare quality by integrating ethics, science, education, and innovation.
Currently, I am dedicated to clinical supervision in nursing, an area in which I hold a postgraduate degree since 2020, with the goal of empowering students and newly graduated nurses in the development of their professional competencies.
