    Biography

    Anabela Santos Rodrigues has a degree in Psychology from the University of Minho and a PhD in Psychology (Work and Organisational Psychology) from the University of Porto. Having already collaborated as a teacher/researcher in various public and private higher education institutions, she is currently an Assistant Professor at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Braga Centre, where she teaches 1st and 2nd cycle courses. As well as teaching and research, she has collaborated on projects (national and international) in the field of innovative teaching practices, inclusion and combating school failure and dropout. She is also involved in vocational education and continuing training in school, hospital and business contexts.
