Biography

Andreia finished her Masters in Biochemistry in 2017. During her academic career, she developed skills in the areas of basic biochemistry, cell biology, and oncopathology. Andreia was a research fellow at I3s / IBMC- Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology, where she learned several techniques of Molecular Biology (PCR, RT-qPCR, CRISPR / cas9, production and purification of recombinant proteins). She was a research fellow at the i3Bs-Institute of Biomaterials, Biodegradables and Biomimetics working essentially on the differentiation of human stem cells. Andreia is a regular contributor to scientific conferences and project meetings giving talks and presenting posters., with experience in write scientific and technical reports. She is perfectly able to set goals, design and plan experiments, identify problems and seek alternative solutions
