    Biography

    Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance at Católica Porto Business School. Researcher member of CEGE - Research Centre in Management and Economics. Bachelor's degree in Business Management from São Paulo State University (UNESP) - School of Agricultural and Veterinarian Sciences. Master in Controllership and Accounting from the University of São Paulo (USP). PhD in Controllership and Accounting from the University of São Paulo (USP). My research interests span a wide range of topics, including cash holdings, corporate governance, IFRS adoption, audit quality, and financial accounting.
