Bing Ni is a Communication Studies PhD student specializing in Film Studies with a keen interest in Classic Hollywood cinema, Queer Studies, Film Censorship, Cowboy Studies, and Frontier Studies. He holds a Master degree in Journalism and Social Communication from University of Wroclaw, Polan, His master's thesis was a study of the representation of landscapes in the films of Wim Wenders. With his rich academic background and research interests, he delves into the exploration of culture, cinema, and the representation of gay cowboys in classic/post western movies.
