Biography

Camilo Valverde is an Assistant Professor at Católica Porto Business School. He holds a PhD in Psychology, University of Porto. He is a consultant in the areas of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour. Camilo’s research deal mostly with leadership and workplace health and safety. In his most recent research, he has been examining the impact of leadership forgiveness on teams and organisational functioning, from both theoretical and empirical perspectives.
