    Biography

    Assistant Professor at the Lisbon School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where she graduated (1996), obtained a master's degree (2004) and a doctoral degree (2014). Additionally, she served as the co-executive coordinator of the Arbitral Centre at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2013 to 2017. Currently, she is the coordinator of the Católica Research Center for the Future of Law. Her research and publications focus on Civil Law and Criminal Law, with particular emphasis on the Collision of Rights, co-ownership of rights, torts, liability, AI and Franchise Agreements.
