Biography

Eva Dias de Oliveira is an Associate Professor at Católica Porto Business School and member of the coordination group of the CLIL (Católica Learning and Innovation Lab). She obtained her Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour at the University of Liverpool in 1996. Eva’s research focuses on diversity and inclusion, dark side of organizations (death of companies, leadership and psychopathic traits) and scholarship of teaching and learning (academic integrity, skills assessment). In her most recent research, she has been examining the two-way conflict work-life and life-work within an extreme teleworking context as was the case during  the COVID 19 lockdowns.
