Biography

Assistant Professor at the Lisbon School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where he graduated (1996), obtained a master's degree (2004), and a PhD in 2012 (“Contratos de distribuição. Da tutela do distribuidor integrado em face da cessação do vínculo”). He served as Dean of the Lisbon School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, from September 2013 to October 2014, and currently holds the position of Pro-Rector of the University, as well as being the Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Law and Management. He lectures subjects related to Private Law and has authored several studies in the fields of Private International Law and Civil and Commercial Law. Additionally, he is a partner at Ferreira Pinto & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, R.L.
