Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and the founding President of ENCONTRAR+SE - Associação de Apoio a Pessoas com Perturbação Mental and of the Portuguese Alliance for the Promotion of Mental Health in the Workplace. She has published 18 articles in specialised magazines. She has published 1 book and coordinated the translation and editing of 4 technical books and 2 books by international authors in the field of mental health. She works in the field of mental health (mental health policies and advocacy, mental health promotion and combating stigma, psychosocial rehabilitation).
