Biography

PhD in Education Sciences from the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Portuguese Catholic University (FEP-UCP, 2020); Master of Education Sciences – Social Pedagogy from the same university. Postgraduate in eLearning Pedagogy.

Researcher at the Center for Human Development Research (CEDH/UCP). Consultant at SAME (Support Service for Education Improvment) - Faculty of Education and Psychology.

Areas of Research and Publication: Social Pedagogy; Education and Sociocommunity Development; Participation in Education; Social Education; Educational Technologies.

Since 2004 participation in education, teacher training and curriculum development projects’ in developing countries, particularly in Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Timor-Leste and Zambia.

Current Projects:

Territorial Development and Educational Policies: socio-pedagogical qualification of actors;  

Building Capacity of the Municipal Civil Servants by Using OnlineComputer-Based Technology (Timor-Leste);

TEIP - Support Service for Education Improvement (SAME FEP-UCP)
