Current Position: Assistant Professor at the Universidade Aberta / Lisbon. Member of APEG (Associação Portuguesa de Estudos Germanísticos), CECC (Research Centre for Communication and Culture / Universidade Católica Portuguesa), IVG (Internationale Vereinigung für Germanistik), British Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies (BSECS), and AIM (Associação de Investigadores da Imagem em Movimento); co-editor of REAL (Revista de Estudos Alemães).
