    Biography

    Associate Professor at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where he earned his Doctoral Degree in 2010 (Including Illicit Profits and Punitive Effects among the Consequences of Extra-Contractual Civil Liability: the Legitimising thereof through Damages). He teaches Private Law and chairs the Law of Obligations, Property Law and Consumer Law. He is part of various international work groups and has published articles and monographs on various topics, namely civil liability, the collective protection of rights, the law of foundations and property law. Dean of Católica | Lisbon School of Law from 2011 to 2013.
