Biography

Inês Sofia Pinto da Mota. She completed her degree in Bioresources in 2021/04 at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto - Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. She is a contract researcher at the Portuguese Catholic University School of Biotechnology since 2023. She is involved in the From fossil to forest project. She works mainly in the area of life cycle analyses applied to packaging.She has been working on packaging assistence in paper and cellulose- based, barrier properties. She has been working on assessment of different packaging systems for cherry tomato.
