I completed my Master of Science in Applied Biology in 2024, and my Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2022 at the University of Aveiro. Where during my undergraduate studies, I volunteered in Rhizolab (Physiology and Biochemistry Laboratory), in the Department of Biology. I work in microbiology and soil science area with emphasis in new fertilising solutions and plant stress tolerance through the bacterial inoculation and bacterial stimulation of tolerance in the plant. Published three international peer-reviewed articles (only as co-author), two poster presentations at international congresses, and two presentations for national spectators. From February to May 2025, I was a research trainee in the Microbial Interactions Group (Department of Microbiology and Genetics) at the University of Salamanca, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Esther Menéndez Gutiérrez. I am currently a research assistant at the Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry (CBQF) at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
