Biography

Associate Professor at the Lisbon School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where she graduated and obtained her master's and doctor's degrees. There she teaches Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law, in bachelor's and master's courses. She was a Consultant at the Legal Center of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and was part of the team that prepared the Draft Labor Code. She regularly collaborates with other Law Schools and national institutions in Postgraduate and Advanced Training Courses in Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law and also regularly participates in colloquiums, congresses and conferences in the same areas. She collaborates, as a legal consultant, with Miranda & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados. She is the author of several monographies and numerous articles published in the main Portuguese publishers and legal magazines.
