Biography

Dr. Jon Gruda is an Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior and a member of the CEGE Research Centre in Management and Economics, Católica Porto Business School, Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a Lecturer at the National University of Ireland Maynooth. His research explores leadership and personality oftentimes via the use of new technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence. Dr. Gruda's work has been published in a range of peer-reviewed journals including Personality and Individual Differences, Personality and Social Psychology BulletinComputers in Human Behavior, and Harvard Business Review.
