José Bernardo Fonseca

He is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication Sciences at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in the Centre for Communication and Culture Studies (CECC). He completed his Master's degree in Communication Sciences in 2020/02/17 at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Faculty of Human Sciences, and his Bachelor's degree in General Studies in 2017 at the Faculty of Literature of the University of Lisbon. He works in the areas of Communication Sciences with an emphasis on Philosophy, Ethics, Culture, Literature and Sustainability. Member of the Board of Directors of the cultural institution FITA - Friends In The Arts Association, supporting the professional future of artists, authors and cultural agents and the development of the international FITA Magazine, as Communications Advisor and Content Editor. He is currently preparing the fourth edition of the magazine, which focuses on Contemporary Culture and History in Europe. With a great passion for and contact with the Communication and Culture Industry, he is a consultant for various projects, companies and associations, focussing on Communication, Culture, the Publishing World and Sustainability. He published "Se Ícaro Voasse de Noite" (If Icarus Flew by Night) for Editora Oro/Caleidoscópio and is preparing the next publication "Se Narciso Soubesse Nadar" (If Narcissus Could Swim). He sings and writes whenever he can.
