I currently work as a Full-Stack Developer, building scalable applications that integrate biological data analysis, machine learning, and modern web technologies. My core expertise includes back-end development with Python, API design using Django REST Framework, and relational database management with PostgreSQL and SQL. On the front end, I develop dynamic and responsive interfaces using JavaScript and React.js. I also implement containerized environments with Docker to ensure reproducibility, scalability, and efficient deployment across development and production systems.

In the field of Artificial Intelligence and data science, particularly within Life Sciences applications, I work extensively with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for model development and training. My workflow commonly includes Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy for data processing and numerical analysis, as well as Matplotlib and Seaborn for data visualization. I also use domain-specific tools such as Biopython for biological data handling and Jupyter for exploratory analysis and research prototyping. Additionally, I am familiar with modern machine learning practices including experiment tracking with MLflow, model validation, and deployment of trained models into production environments.
