Biography

National Dean and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where he obtained his doctoral degree in 2004 (“Da unidade à pluralidade dos crimes no Direito Penal Português”). He is Co-coordinator of the Master in Law and Management. He was coordinator of the Lisbon Section of the Católica Research Center for the Future of Law and the Doctoral Program. He was a member of commissions to review the Highway Code and the Criminal Procedure Code. He has researched, made interventions and published in the areas of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Administrative Offenses Law, Regulation and Competition. He is a main partner of the firm Sérvulo & Associados. He is President of the Board of the Association of Catholic Jurists.
