Juliano Moreira

PhD candidate in Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Human Sciences, Universidade Católica Portuguesa (FCH-UCP). He holds a Master's degree in Communication Sciences with specialization in Media and Journalism from the same institution (2021). In 2018 he graduated in Journalism and Communication from the Faculdade de Letras of University of Coimbra. He conducts his research in the field of Journalism Studies, with a particular focus on Sports Journalism in radio and the press. He has been a guest assistant lecturer at FCH-UCP since 2021. Alongside his academic career, he has worked as a writer at Record newspaper and at Rádio Renascença ('Bola Branca'). Between 2016 and 2018, he collaborated with Radio Universidade de Coimbra and the newspaper Diário de Coimbra as a news writer.
