Clinical and Health Psychologist. Full Professor at the University of Lisbon (UL) with Aggregation in International Health. Guest Professor at the Catholic University. Coordinator of G2 – Supportive Environments Group of the Institute of Environmental Health (ISAMB) of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon (FMUL). Member of the Steering Committee of EUPHA/CAPH (European Public Health Association/Child and Adolescent Public Health). Member of the Scientific Council of the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA). Coordinator of several national and international projects within the scope of promoting children's and young people's health. Member of the coordination team of the international network of the Health Behavior in School-Aged Children / World Health Organization Study (HBSC / WHO), and coordinator of the Planetary Health Group. Author and co-author of more than 700 articles published in specialized journals.
