    Biography

    Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where she graduated and obtained her Master's and Doctor's degrees. Currently, she lectures and researches in the areas of Public Finance, Constitutional Law and Philosophy of Law. She is a researcher at the Católica Research Center for the Future of Law and she works as a legal consultant. She is the author, among other works, of “Lições de Finanças Públicas e Direito Financeiro”, of “A Despesa Pública Justa - Uma análise jurídico-constitucional do tema da Justiça na despesa pública”, of “Contributo para a Compreensão das Garantias Institucionais” and co-author of “A Lei de Enquadramento Orçamental – Anotada e Comentada”.
