Assistant Professor at the Porto School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. 

Graduated in Law from the Porto School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in 1999. Master’s degree in law at the same institution, in the area of Legal and Civil Sciences, in 2004, where she also completed her PhD in Law in 2014.
