    Biography

    I am interested in researching diversity and inclusion, with specific insight into gender equality, decent work, and the prevalent nature of social inequalities. My work is grounded in Ethics, Responsibility, and Sustainability (ERS) as I look at the ethical frameworks that reinforce equal treatment and social justice, the responsibilities of various social actors (individuals, organisations, governments) in creating inclusive and respectful environments, and the development of sustainable solutions to promote decent work for all and mitigate social inequalities for a better future.
