Biography

Civil procedure / Private law / Law / Civil injunctions

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, the institution where she graduated (1996), obtained her Master's degree (2003) and PhD (2016). She is part of the Católica Research Center for the Future of Law and has published and developed research in the areas of Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law, especially in matters of precautionary measures, with emphasis on his doctoral thesis entitled " A tutela cautelar antecipatória no processo civil português – Um difícil equilíbrio entre a urgência e a irreversibilidade". She completed her law internship in 1998. She held management roles as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lisbon School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She is a consultant at SRS Advogados. She is executive coordinator of the Arbitration Centre at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
