Biography

Mariana Nobre Durana Pinto (Vila Nova de Gaia, 1999) holds a degree's (2020) and master's (2023) in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (School of Arts, Porto). She is currently attending the Doctoral Program in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage at the same institution. Her research focuses on the implementation of the concept of preventive conservation (with an emphasis on risk management and disaster response) in archaeological sites/parks.
