    Biography

    Pedro Garcia Marques is an Assistant Professor at the Católica Global School of Law and at the Lisbon School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where he graduated (1997), obtained a Master’s Degree in Legal-Criminal Sciences (2004) and later a PhD in Law (2017) with the dissertation entitled “O Juízo Crítico da Culpa”. He lectures and researches in the areas of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Human Rights. He was a member of the Board of Directors and the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and currently collaborates with the Católica Research Center for the Future of Law.
