Biography

Pedro Meneses is a Portuguese Army commissioned officer since 2011. He holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Military Science, and also an M.A. in International Relations. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science and International Relations: Security and Defense ― Political Science, with a thesis under the theme «The Principle of Subsidiarity. An interpretation of Alexis de Tocqueville’s conception of Liberal Democracy». Areas of interest: Political Theory; History of Western Political Thought.
