Pedro Antunes Evangelista Loures Xavier holds a MSc degree in Food Engineering from the Escola Superior de Biotecnologia at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), where he excelled in a master's thesis on predictive technologies for food shelf-life, demonstrating a strong aptitude for blending data science with food science.
