    Biography

    Assistant Professor at the Lisbon School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. PhD in Private Law from the Faculty of Law, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, with a dissertation on the topic of suspension of the employment contract. Partner responsible for the Labor Law department at Sérvulo & Associados SRL. Invited speaker at conferences and seminars in Labor and Sports Law, with extensive published work in her area of specialty. Founding member of APODIT – Associação Portuguesa de Direito do Trabalho and of AJJ – Associação de Jovens Juslaboralistas. Between 2011 and 2015, she was a deputy in the Office of the Secretary of State for Employment (Ministry of Solidarity, Employment and Social Security) and an advisor in the Office of the Deputy Secretary of State to the Prime Minister, integrating the Memorandum Monitoring Structure – a team that monitored commitments made to the IMF, the EC and the ECB.
