Biography

I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in Microbiology from the School of Biotechnology at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. After careful consideration, I embarked on a tripartite doctoral journey (Catholic University, University of Minho, and University of Aveiro) in Food Science and Technology and Nutrition. In December 2022, I successfully defended my PhD thesis and have been a researcher at the School of Biotechnology at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa since June 2021.
