Biography
Viviana Pinto completed her Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology in 2019 at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Braga Regional Center. During her master's program, she developed a dissertation focused on Professional Quality of Life and conducted a project on Labor Absenteeism as part of her curricular internship. In 2024, Viviana completed her PhD in Applied Psychology at the University of Minho, where she developed a thesis on workplace safety. Her research focused on psychosocial risks, particularly on safety culture/climate and safety management systems, and their influence on workers' adoption of safe behaviors and the impact on health and well-being at work. Currently, Viviana works as a Assistant Professor at Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Braga Regional Center, where she collaborates with the Bachelor's program in Psychology and the Master's program in Work and Organizational Psychology. Her main research interests include Work Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Psychology, and Social Psychology.
