Description

The core idea of the project is the promotion of small scale and affordable aquaponics toward circularity. The consortium integrates experts in aquaponics, water management, chemistry and microbiology. The CBQF group is responsible for part of the microbiology branch, involved in microbial community analysis, fish-, phyto-, human pathogen and spread of antibiotic resistance detection, beside the assessment of water treatment efficiency.
