Description

Blue Planet Law addresses the urgent need for a global and future-oriented environmental legal framework. This open-access book focuses on the critical link between climate action (SDG 13) and ocean sustainability (SDG 14), exploring innovative ways to combat global challenges such as climate change, ocean degradation, and biodiversity loss.

The book examines how international, European, and national environmental law can guide economic and technological development towards sustainability. Featuring contributions from leading scholars in law, philosophy ecology, and biology, this work emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary dialogue.

Financed by the PAIDC, this publication is freely available in open access, ensuring its insights are accessible to all.
