COST Action IS1410: The digital literacy and multimodal practices of young children

Project Details

Description

Young children have been growing up in highly technologised societies across Europe. This COST Action aimed to develop an interdisciplinary network that would allow researchers to synthesise the existing research and identify gaps in the acknowledgement of the topic. The project promoters sought to avoid duplication of works, foster innovative avenues for future research, and effectively advance knowledge in/ about the field. It focused particularly on children aged from 0 to 8 years old.

CECC participated in the work pursued by the working group nr. 1: Young children's digital literacy and multimodal practices in homes and communities.
