Global objective
Contribute to improving quality, equity and inclusion in the educational system of São Tomé and Príncipe.

Specific objectives
1. Consolidate double certification technical-professional education through regulation and diversification of training offerings relevant to youth employability.
2. Contribute to improving teaching-learning and inclusion processes in Basic and Secondary Education through digital teaching materials.
3. Promote the development of pedagogical-didactic and digital skills of Basic and Secondary Education teachers by strengthening USTP's institutional and research capacity.
4. Strengthen the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Education, through the training of staff in planning, monitoring, evaluation, and production of Education statistics.
